Essential accessories stands behind its quality and products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase including sales tax for a period of 21 days from invoice. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Should we send the wrong product as placed on your order or it is defective on delivery we will gladly refund your purchase price including sales tax and shipping costs. Any and all refunds will be made upon proper return of product.

All merchandise returned for credit, or exchange must have a return authorization number. When calling for number, please have the following information available: item number, invoice number, and the reason for returning the merchandise.

All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid, in suitable packaging with the return number clearly marked on the box. A copy of invoice as "Proof of Purchase" is absolutely required. Shipping charge for return of product is not refundable.

All warranties are based on original invoice date. The seller must be notified of any damaged products within 7 days of the invoice date. There will be 20% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise unless defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns, exchanges will be given after 21 days from the invoice date.

All custom design neckwear are final sale and not subject to returns.
